We are pleased to introduce Vistara Nepal Limited, a new investment vertical of Trade Tower Group.

Vistara Nepal is envisioned as a platform to pool capital and mobilize resources for Nepal’s future, investing in key sectors such as energy, tourism & hospitality, agriculture & processing, manufacturing, infrastructure, and beyond, as guided by SEBON.

This is not only a step in our group’s growth, but also an invitation for broader collaboration. Together with our stakeholders, partners, and well-wishers, we aspire to build a stronger and more prosperous Nepal.

We are pleased to share that Trade Tower Limited has officially signed the listing agreement with the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) — marking a proud milestone as the first publicly listed company under the Trade Tower Group.
