Points to note while writing an essay for college apps:
Have a theme prepared, with a structure identifying the aspects of your life that you want to use to impress upon the reader why you deserve to be admitted to their college
Work out a story with the theme, this provides continuity and flow for the reader so that they are immediately engrossed into your essay
Be Direct!!!
Be HONEST!!
