Here's 25-days itinerary itinerary from Kathmandu to Kathmandu, combining:

Section I: Kathmandu – Khaptad
Day 1: Kathmandu – Dhangadhi (Flight) – Silgadhi (Drive)
✈️ 1 hr flight + 🚐 6–7 hrs drive
Altitude: 1,340m → 300m → 1,340m
Stay: Hotel in Silgadhi
Day 2: Silgadhi – Jhigrana – Khaptad Camp
Hike: 6–7 hrs
Altitude: 1,340m → 3,000m
Stay: Camp or lodge
Day 3: Explore Khaptad Plateau
Hike: 4–5 hrs (easy exploration)
Visit Triveni, Khaptad Baba Ashram
Stay: Camp
Section II: Khaptad to Badimalika
Day 4: Khaptad – Budhakot
Hike: 6 hrs
Altitude: 3,000m → 2,200m
Stay: Local house/homestay
Day 5: Budhakot – Lamagada
Hike: 6 hrs
Altitude: ~2,500m
Stay: Tent
Day 6: Lamagada – Tribeni – Badimalika Base Camp

Day 7: Hike to Badimalika Temple (~4,200m) and Dhawalpur Lake – Return

Section III: To Rara Lake

Section IV: Rara to Shey Phoksundo

Day 20: Cross Nyalu La Pass (4,600m) – Nengla
Hike: 8 hrs (long, hard day)

Day 21: Nengla – Ringmo Village (Phoksundo Lake)

Day 22: Explore Phoksundo Lake (Visit Gompa/viewpoint)

Section V: Return to Kathmandu
Day 23: Ringmo – Sulighat – Juphal
Hike: 5–6 hrs
Altitude: 2,500m

Day 24: Juphal – Nepalgunj – Kathmandu (Flight)
Flight: Juphal → Nepalgunj → Kathmandu
Stay: Hotel in KTM
Day 25: Rest/Buffer Day or Departure
In case of delays due to weather or explore KTM

At least 8 days camping, essential for camping sections (Khaptad–Dolphu–Dolpo).
