Focused Nepal

Our Story

We are providing generous support to 16 children (from 2.5 to 13 years
old) from the most disadvantaged communities, to help them get formal
education at school (so as to minimize the likelihood of school
dropouts. We do this through our programs of homework assistance,
daily motivational lunch and activities to help them grow physically,
mentally and spiritually. We provide them with moral training as a
ground for sound development and in the context of their culture, in a
family environment where they can see us as their guardian friend.

One million children in Nepal dropout from their school every year.
They live their life in misery, usually ending up being child laborers
and having a poor family life which continues to their descendants
when they become parents. The main aim of this project at our child
center is to help prevent children from ending up as child laborers
through our programs, for them to grow into independent adults with a
pre-determined goal or aim.

This is a pure charity center where none of the children are charged
anything (both in monetary and non-monetary terms) to attend this
project and to change their way of living and thinking.
