FINANCE OFFICER FOR HOSPITAL
Responsible for timely audit and relative tax/VAT reporting and submission.

Liaise directly with external auditors, tax authorities and ensure timely and accurate reporting and submission.

Analyzes complex/unusual accounting transactions in accounting system and implement corrective actions.

Reviews and reconciles various receivables and payables accounts, investigates erroneous/invalid entries and take appropriate corrective accounting action.

Educational Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of Accounting, Finance, Audit, or Management is required.
Master’s degree is preferred.
relevant experience in accounting, finance, auditing or administration preferably in hospital sector which shall include preparation of financial statements, reviews of accounts payables and receivables and support in preparation of annual budget.

Most have Bachelor in Management.
Good knowledge in Tally and other accounting system
Knowledge of TAX, VAT
Effective team working skills.
Minimum of 1 year experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Day to day book keeping and data-entry
Preparation of accounting reports
Preparation of month-end accounts
Performing statutory tax compliance duties
Communicating with the Company Management
Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as instructed by Company Management
Other duties considered reasonable in line with the position and in the normal course of business
Assist Seniors as asked for
