> Strong understanding of C # scripting for Unity 2D/3D applications across devices
> Excellent understanding of 3D graphics pipeline
> Expert at importing and manipulating art assets in Unity Game engine
> Ability to translate any design into a working product with minimal supervision
> Shader experience highly desirable
> Ability to write straightforward, clean, and commented code
> Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on multiple projects of varying complexity and deadlines
> Strong analytical skills and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
> Willingness to advocate for additional improvements to our technology and processes
> Willingness to assume additional responsibilities as required
> Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures and computer science

Preferred Experience
-----------------------
> 1/2+ years of C #/Unity development
> Experience developing Mixed Reality, Augmented Reality and/or Virtual Reality applications
> Experience developing with Vuforia, ARKit, and ARCore
> Experience integrating 3D characters, animations, and assets in Unity
> Experience optimizing for performance and memory footprint
> Experience developing, programming, and supporting content for training simulations
> Experience and aptitude for developing simulations and training applications using appropriate programming languages and tools
> Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript will be a great addition.
> Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
> Knowledge of webGL
> Knowledge of blender

Education and Certification
------------------------------
> Bachelor’s degree or any combination of equivalent certifications, experience and/or education in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field
> 1/2+ years of work experience in a related game, simulation or application development position
