The Government of Nepal issued an ordinance on 2081/09/29, offering a 90% waiver on fines for late submissions of required details and documentation in the Office of Company Registrar(OCR).

This waiver is available for companies that will submit their pending submissions to the OCR by the end of Ashar 2082 (mid-July 2025).
However, companies that have already submitted their details online before 2081/09/29, will need to pay the full fines as per the existing laws.
