MDP Module B — Day 3: Sales Management & Elevating Customer Experience

Day 3 of MDP Module B focused on strengthening participants’ capabilities in sales management and enhancing customer-centric approaches to drive business growth and service excellence.
Mr. Umang Jung Thapa (Trainer, Consultant & Educator) facilitated the sessions on Sales Management, where participants explored key sales strategies, customer acquisition techniques, relationship management, and practical approaches to improving sales performance in a competitive business environment.
The sessions on Elevating Customer Experience & Delight were led by Ms. Jasmine Hada Bajracharya (Director, Academics & Consulting, KFA). Participants gained valuable insights into creating exceptional customer experiences, understanding customer expectations, and building long-term loyalty through service excellence and customer-focused organizational practices.
The day concluded with a summary of Module B and a briefing on the upcoming Module C assignments, providing participants with clear direction for their continued learning journey and practical application of the concepts covered.
