About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Assistant Engineer to support property valuation activities. The role involves conducting site inspections, collecting and analyzing property data, and assisting in preparing valuation reports in compliance with relevant engineering and property valuation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in conducting property surveys and site inspections.
Collect and compile relevant property data (e.g., location, usage, structural condition).
Support in the preparation of property valuation reports.
Maintain up-to-date records of valuation data and technical documentation.
Ensure compliance with relevant legal, engineering, and valuation standards.
Coordinate with senior engineers, valuers, and clients as required.
Assist in cost estimation and engineering assessments for properties under evaluation.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in property valuation, construction, or related engineering field (fresh graduates with strong academic records may be considered).
Familiarity with property valuation methods and relevant standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and valuation software tools.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Registered or eligible for registration with relevant professional body (e.g., Engineering Council etc.) is an advantage.
