Job Vacancy: Accountant Position
(Salary Highly negotiable for deserving)

We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, particularly in the construction industry. Knowledge of VAT and TAX regulations is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with VAT and TAX regulations, including timely filing and payments.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial accounts.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong understanding of VAT and TAX regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
