📢 Vacancy Announcement | Qualitative Researcher

TPO Nepal is seeking 2 Qualitative Researchers based in Kathmandu (with some travel outside Kathmandu) for a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Review existing qualitative data and literature
• Coordinate and support qualitative field research
• Conduct interviews and group discussions
• Translate and manage qualitative data
• Code and analyze data using NVivo
• Contribute to research frameworks and journal publications

🔹 Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
• Master’s degree in Psychology or a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in qualitative research
• Experience in data collection, transcription, translation, and analysis
• Proficiency in NVivo or similar qualitative software
• Experience in mental health research and peer-reviewed publications preferred
