Job Description
We are Nepal based company with office in Nepal and Australia . We want you to be a part of our organization and grow with us. We are looking for a right and deserving candidate who can meet our day to day target and perform well in the given tasks.
Responsibilities :
• Handle all telephone calls
• Handle incoming and outgoing emails of the office
• Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
• Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries
• Assist the manager and academic counselor in day to day activities
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Support in the day to day administration of the office
• Maintain daily reports and submit to the management
• Deal with all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
- Candidates must have worked previously at an Australia based Education Consultancy for at least 1 year.
- Candidates must have detailed knowledge regarding process and documentation required for Australian college/university application
- Must have in-depth knowledge regarding process and documentation for Australia's student visa application.
- Candidates need to have good oral communication skills where clients can be fully explained about the student application and visa processing.
