Invitation to "The 1st International Great Get Together Event Forum 2017" in Kolkata science City.

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we are pleased to announce The 1st Great Get Together Event Forum 2017 (Astro Science) will be organized for undergraduate students from 100+ Different School's hosted by "Astro Science" Educational’ Association and XYZ.

The 1st International Great Get Together Event Forum 2017 with the theme "Student Integration" is organized to increase the cooperation different age levels students practically celebrate the Event. It will provide opportunities for exchanging and learning academic knowledge, sharing creativity and strengthening the solidarity among students in Event and other act in the region including India.

1. Time: 00 – 00 month 2017, Science City,Kolkata

2. Program summery:
- Plenary session: students will listen and share opinions on presentations by leading Speaker reporting on the basic science and application, environmental science and Astronomy, as well as start-up issues.
- 4 panels:
o Topic 1: Students' creativeness and scientific research on Physic Basis
o Topic 2: Students' voluntary activities
o Topic 3: Students' start-up and employment
o Topic 4: How to learned Astronomers theory
- Panel discussion after the presentation at each forum
- Cultural excursions: visit the key laboratories, science and technology centers and historic sites in Kolkata Science City.
- Exchange program with students from many School's From Nepal
- Fun, Photo snapshot and students Get together party of the forum

3. Eligibility
- Must be enrolling at School's or any other Educational institutions.
- Only 5 Students will be participate from each schools or any other educational institutions.
- Possess good capability of group working;
- Must be in good health conditions;
- Must demonstrate good English proficiency;
- Must be oblige to the forum’s schedule during 00 – 00 month, 2017

4. Presentation Submission
Upon the requirements of the forum, the Organizing Committee cordially invites students from 100 schools to participate as the forum’s official delegates and submit papers based on the topics of this forum.
Each participant must complete the registration form, to the Organizing Committee based on one of the four topics. Following the participants' presentations, a discussion section will take place for related issues of Event.

5. Format of Registration and Deadline for Submission
The papers must adhere to one of the four topics and include the following sections: Introduction, Body, Conclusion, References. Topic's name, student's full name and name of the Students must be indicated on top of the paper. Make sure to use students I'D Proof other exceptional person are not allowed.
Applicants are required to submit their Forum to the Organizing Company via email: [email protected], with the title name: Essay of The Great Get Together Event by 00 Month, 2017.

6. Participation costs
The forum will cover the expenses for accommodation, meals and local transportations in Kolkata Science City for all delegates with the round-trip ticket, and other personal expenses shall be borne by the participants. Any officers, lectures who wish to come with the students are also very much welcomed to the forum but have to bear all the expenses.

We highly appreciate your kind cooperation in disseminating this information to your students and nominate 05 students (in priority order) with the completed registration forms, and scans of I'D Proof (page which includes the personal details and photograph) to the Organizing Committee by 00 March, 2017.
