Bachelor in Civil Engineering or Architecture
1 years of Experience in Engineering and Architectural Field preferably in Site Management and Supervision Works.
Skill:
Good Communication Skill with multi party in multi level.
Good Skill of Project Management at SIte and Site Supervision.
Good Knowledge of Site Measurements, Preparation of Bill of Quantities, Bill Verification,
Good Knowledge of MS Office.
Basic Knowledge of BIM and Design Software like AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Lumion, Photoshop etc.
Good Knowledge of Building Materials for Both Exterior and Interior Construction.
Ready to travel out side Kathmandu as per need.

Min Requirement:
Bachelor in Architecture
No Experience Required.
Attitude to Learn Professional
Works.
Should be ready to work in Team.

Good Communication Skill
Knowledge of BIM and Design Software like AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Lumion, Photoshop etc.
