"A dynamic and experienced “Operations Manager” is needed for an operational hotel in Lakeside, Pokhara. The ideal candidate will be incharge of day-to-day operations, providing exceptional guest experiences and making sure everything at the hotel runs smoothly."

📌 Position: Operations Manager
📍 Location: (HOTEL) Lakeside, Pokhara
💼 Salary: NPR 30,000 – 40,000 per month (based on experience)
⛽ Additional Benefits: Fuel allowance and telephone expenses provided

🔍 Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hotel operations or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to handle guest relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

📋 Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee front desk, housekeeping, and F&B operations.
• Supervise and train staff to maintain service standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams.
• Enforce compliance with health, safety, and legal standards.
