Massey University CSIT will be introducing a new course on Service Science soon (158730 in development phase) and this correspondence was done to get Jim's input on the course outline and assessments' design. He really appreciated her teaching model. This video is just a glimpse of how students found the course when it was offered as a special topic in 2021, it is also about Dr Atiq's research on Service Science, and her idea on collaborative teaching methods for students' benefit.
