5 stations, max weight to achieve 10 reps.

* Dumbbell Chest Press
* Chin Ups / Inverted Row
* Barbell Romanian Deadlift
* Push Up

As we dive into Week ✌🏼of the Challenge, we’re fueled with a plan and a routine for the next 5 weeks ! πŸš€
