Some days you feel strong, energised, locked in.
Other days everything feels heavier than it should.

Have I actually fuelled my body?
Where am I at mentally?
Am I stressed?
Your body doesn’t just randomly underperform.
It responds to how you treat it.
There was a time I could barely get out of bed.
Low energy.
Constant stress.
No structure with food.
Completely disconnected from my body.
I was under-fuelled. Overstimulated. And running on empty.
Everything changed when I stopped fighting my body
and started supporting it.
Better nutrition.
More awareness.
Less chaos internally.
Now I feel the difference in my energy, mood and performance.
