As we reflect on the past five years of operation, we sincerely thank our clients and consultant partners for their continuous trust and support. We value our partnership and look forward to what lies ahead.

Commissioners have approved Plan Change 108 today. This plan change re-zones approximately 2ha of land in Papakura from Rural - Countryside Living Zone to Residential - Mixed Housing Urban Zone; and introduces a new precinct to the Auckland Unitary Plan to apply to the re-zoned land and adjoining Rural - Countryside Living Zone land. The plan change also shifts the Rural Urban Boundary to align with the boundary between the proposed Residential - Mixed Housing Urban Zone and the Rural - Countryside Living Zone.

Urban Form Design developed the underline master plan which re-aligns the Rural Urban Boundary, shapes the structure of the new precinct and informs the provisions of this plan change. Urban Form Design also provided specialist reports and provided expert evidence at the public hearing.
