We’re excited to collaborate with Iconiq Group on a new project in Gisborne!
Site prep is underway, with the Hi-tec team contracted to complete the foundations and slabs for nine new terrace homes and a six-unit apartment block.
This project enhances the community by providing social housing through site redevelopment to maximise land use and create more homes for people in the area. Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities
