Great session from Louisa Burwood-Taylor from AgFunder at the Boma NZ Agri Summit discussing trends over the past decade and some of the technology and companies to make it big. It's clear to see there is acceleration of growth and interest in vertical farming (still small in comparison to established methods) and of course the rise of alternative proteins.
