Another successful decision released this week for our friends at Shape Architects. 44 McCleod is 8 new townhouses that provides much needed housing choices to the Weymouth area.
This job involved coast hazard issues that we had to overcome to get this across the line. We really appreciate the Council Planner Fion Tangs positive and pragmatic attitude in getting this one processed for us.

This week Parvati from our office and Amanda from Brighta Consulting previewed their upcoming talk they are presenting at hashtag in Invercargill next week. The talk will be about using the RMA reform as an opportunity to reset planning perceptions, culture and the way we work together. If you're attending the conference check them out on Thursday afternoon at 2:00PM in the Civic Theatre.
