The only way to prepare tiles or grout for sealer coat application is EXTRACTION.
Only simultaneous water blasting and vacuuming of waste water leaves grout free of dirt and chemicals. We don't play with scrubbing brushes. Our sealers don't start pilling off after several months, but stay in tact for years. Remember, it's heaps cheaper to hire a real deal restorer than a cowboy with a scrubbing brush.
