Hi guys i should be out fishing ! This is the best season for the big snapper!
All of my restaurants and commercial customers are now in full venue change over and are prepping up meats and poultry and those tough root vegetables along with good hearty stocks.
Im very much still mobile to your home or work, but very happy to announce over the next couple of weeks a new site for me to park up and you can bring your knives and cutlery and scissors to me which may also suit you better as I will be there on most weekends . There are lovely food shops, bakeries, fish n chips and my absolute favorite.. my best fillopino food place..
Its out west..

This month I wanted to let you know that we have been flat out with garden and pruning gear in readiness for Autum winter gardening chores.

All those fishing knives will need a sharpen after the summer because I can tell you that the best fishing is in winter. To all the home kitchens.. text or call me you dont have to be home, just wrap them in a teatowel and I will pop in , sharpen and clean re wrap and invoice you later.
Being mobile means im available most days if im in your area.
