How did you go with your first Growth Planner goals? It's time to revisit those values and see what to focus on in the next few months!

My goal was around learning to be authentically me. I focussed on developing self compassion, starting with reading 'Self Compassion' by Kristin Neff, and putting it into action. While it's an ongoing story, I'm happy with the progress I made! Now it's time for me to pull another goal into focus ⛳

My Growth Planner goal ended up being something quite unexpected, but definitely true to my personal values of authenticity and integrity. I'm looking forward to working towards it!
