How do you get 25 bookings in 24 hours
and 90–100% return clients?
Because Face Up is not another facial. People don’t come for a “treatment” - they come for how they feel. They might arrive for appearance, but they leave with their nervous system reset and deep tension released.
I’ve explained more about how this works in my Highlights System ➡️just go to have a look 🙌
🇨🇦Canada trainings in May (Toronto & Vancouver) are officially sold out, but as this is my only North America training this year, we’ve opened 2 additional spots. Message me “CANADA”.
🇦🇺Brisbane in June only 2 spots left. Message “BRISBANE” and we’ll guide you through the application.

Most people think it’s TMJ. But here’s the reality.
⬇️
The jaw muscles are one of the most overstimulated and overtreated areas of the face.
They’re injected, massaged, mobilised - again and again - without achieving lasting release.
But the truth?
Only about 5% of cases are real TMJ disorders, diagnosed and treated medically.
The other 95% is jaw tension - muscular, fascial and functional patterns that build up over time.
And yet millions of people walk around with tight jaws, facial tension and discomfort - often misdiagnosed, untreated, or treated in isolation.
And that’s where a huge opportunity lies: professionals who understand how to recognise and release these patterns are becoming truly in demand.
📆 On 17 March, I’m hosting a free professional masterclass, where we’ll take a deep dive into the world of the jaw.
❗Only webinar attendees will get access to a special bonus from me.

I had tears in my eyes, when I was writing .mint case study for the website. I was deeply touched by her story and by the way her health, her body and her professional life have changed through this journey.
Her whole life shifted. Her body changed, her work changed, and when you think about it, imagine the energy she now carries into every session with her clients. These people are very lucky!
This is honestly one of the things I love doing the most. I love seeing how people begin to open again, their hearts, their eyes, their bodies and how that spark and brightness comes back into their eyes when they decide show up for themselves.
Because when a therapist carries that kind of energy, you genuinely want to go to them. You feel that something will change in you too. But if the person touching you is themselves exhausted, unhappy or disconnected from their own body, what kind of energy is really being transmitted?
One of Sarah’s sentences stayed with me very deeply. She said:
“It all starts with me.”
And it really does. This is such a powerful question that each of us can ask ourselves - all starts with me!
Tomorrow Sarah and I will go live together. The LIVE will be at 10 AM AEDT Sydney time (11th March) and 7 PM EDT (Toronto- 10th March).
Please feel free to leave your questions for Sarah here in the comments - I’ll ask her directly during the live. X
In 2025, there’s a very strong and empowering direction towards natural facial expression, self-acceptance and honesty with ourselves.
And I’m genuinely happy to see this unfolding.
Kate Winslet has been speaking about this for years, and her recent interview with The Times was another clear and powerful statement on the topic.
What’s interesting to observe - from real life, not from headlines - is that men are actually not that invested in “perfect”, frozen or fake faces.
There’s no real demand for it.
Yet, for some reason, women keep being convinced that they need it.
Quick fixes, aggressive interventions and the constant urge to “correct” the face don’t just change how we look. They affect the nervous system, lymphatic and circulatory flow, tissue quality and very often our mental state too.
In reality, they tend to accelerate ageing, not slow it down.
At the core of most fear around facial changes is something very simple: we don’t understand how our own body works.
And from that lack of understanding comes noise, disconnection, tension - and anxiety.
Honestly, if ageing wasn’t shouted about from every possible direction, most people wouldn’t even experience half of that anxiety.
But when it’s constantly amplified, someone clearly benefits from it.
In Face Up , whether I work with professionals or with women inside the Face Up Club, the main focus is always the same - connection. Connection to your body.
To how the face and body work together as one system. To health, mobility, circulation and regulation.
And the shift that happens from that place - the lightness, glow, mobility, and ease in both face and body is next level.
At that point, people genuinely forget how old they are. This is what real self-love looks like.
As I’ve said before, this direction will only continue to grow in the coming year — and that’s a very good thing.
I wish you a year where you truly support yourself with love.
And I’m always happy to see you inside the Face Up Club or in my professional trainings - and I deeply love reading your transformation stories.
