Waitemata Rowing Club at the 2024 New Zealand Rowing Championships!
Well done to Robin Hinton and William Zheng, who competed in the womens and mens intermediate single sculls event!
Robin: 2nd in heat→3rd in semi→5th in A final
William: 4th in heat→2nd in repcharge→6th in semi→7th in B final
Congratulations to Robin and William for their outstanding performances! 🎉 They have represented our club with honour and pride. We would also like to thank our coach and supporters for their continuous support and encouragement.
This is the last regatta of the season, we'd like to acknowledge the hard work and commitment of all our rowers throughout the year. You have all made us proud with your achievements, and we hope you will continue to row with us next season. We wish you all a well-deserved break, and we look forward to seeing you back in the race soon! 🚣‍♂️

2 days of racing + 2 days of camping = 2 days of fun! Blue Lake is a beautiful spot for rowing, surrounded by nature and calm waters. Even though the first day was pouring waters🌧️, but our rowers showed great resilience and delivered some impressive performances! Day 2 final day was much brighter, and the sun shone on us as we enjoyed the races☀️. We are so proud of our team and our achievements!
