Open over the 'holiday' weekend, slightly reduced class hours- petrol's too expensive to go away on holiday, so you might as well train!
Saturday class, as voted by you, is a hard level 'Muay Thai specific', strength and conditioning session. It must be booked on the app or portal by Thursday night, less than 4 and it'll cancel so watch your emails, book and no-show and still pay! There's a guide to minimum recommended abilities in the app under 'resources' if you aren't sure!
Bookings absolutely essential, bring a towel, and running shoes.

With close to 50 total entries it's not such a surprise that the draw pulled his number! Will definitely have some more comps coming up very soon, I'm finalising a particularly interesting one this week...
