🌏 Day 2, we travelled to Asia!!!

What a day it has been! Today our tamariki travelled through China, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and the Philippines, exploring each country through food, art, music, stories, loose parts and some incredible hands-on experiences.

A huge thank you to our wonderful whānau who came in to share their culture with us today. There is simply no better way for children to learn than from the people who live and breathe these cultures every day.

Our Around the World in 10 Days journey is already creating so many conversations, questions and smiles. Watching our tamariki become so curious about the world around them has been the best part.

Tomorrow we’re packing our passports again as we head to the USA and South America! 🇺🇸🌎 We can’t wait!

🇬🇧👑 Our first stop on our Around the World in 10 Days adventure has been a huge success!

Today our tamariki travelled to the United Kingdom, exploring castles, creating royal crowns, painting Union Jack flags, learning about life in London/Glasgow through stories, and enjoying a traditional fish and chips lunch with mushy peas (which was surprisingly a favourite in the Toddler room! 🤭).
