Tomorrow we are getting a day off, so we can spend some time with our families. We will be open Tuesday first time in the morning at 7:30 for our coffee lovers and from 11 with our great fresh homemade pasta. Thank you from Nonna family

Vegan filled pasta in a creamy spinach cocktail sauce. Inside delicious vegan cheese with roasted pumpkin and sage.
Beauty and taste all together, so delicate and amazing!
I am so proud of this dish! I incorporated all Nonna Victoria has teach me and created a beautiful vegan dish. Hope she will come to Nz soon and taste it ☺️
