We recently completed a stunning project in Flatbush, delivering a full package of louvres, balustrades, and perforated screens.

Our perforated screens were custom-designed to integrate seamlessly with the elevator lift shaft, structural elements, and sensor-controlled doors, both practical and architectural in mind.

The Finn-balustrades wrap around a beautifully curved balcony, opening up uninterrupted views across Tāmaki Makaurau. To complement this, we installed curved flashings that tie the balconies into the natural timber decking, creating a clean and timeless finish.

Our ACMF Quadro Finn louvres provide the perfect balance of privacy and outlook, reducing solar gain for greater thermal efficiency while maintaining minimal obstruction to the view.

A huge credit goes to Afshin Hashemian for his excellent work and perseverance in manufacturing the challenging curves that brought this design to life. Another project that showcases the balance between function, design, and craftsmanship, and one we are proud of.
