Kia Ora everyone,

Just an update to our protocols for COVID-19 Alert Level 3 in Auckland.

- We are still only attending onsite jobs in Level 3 areas for critical repairs. This will be unlikely to change during Level 3
- We are sending contractors out to onsites as required in Level 2 areas
- Our office is stil closed for people walking in, however we can now accept contactless dropoffs of equipment for repair by appointment

- Please note, we're under quite a heavy load at this time and some jobs may be triaged and delayed based on priority
- Our team has started being tested regularly for COVID-19 to ensure your safety
- We have stock of replacement items for critical equipment, lease laptops for work from home and enough equipment to keep running through this time
