Today we had a belated Celebration of 20 Years Service for our Call Centre Manager Carmen!
The actual 20 Year date would have been 10/01/2025 but we thought we’d keep her on her toes and surprise her!
Thank you for all the hard work and for keeping us all in check!!

It was a pearler of a celebration today for Maria's 30th anniversary at First Contact! Since 1994, Maria has been a stalwart figure in the call centre - we can't imagine the place without her

We had a fa-boo-lous Halloween! The team really "dialled" up the creativity with their costumes and turned the call centre into a "haunted house" of fun!
