The past 3 and a half weeks have been a whirlwind, and this week I'm finally trying to get back into my routine. Then, I open my inbox and see a friendly reminder from Microsoft: it’s time to renew my Power BI certification!

Sitting in our home office waiting for my wife before our 1 PM appointment, I thought: "I haven't seen PBI in 3 weeks! No review? No prep? No problem—I’ve trained hundreds in Power BI, I'm using the product for years, and it’s a free exam anyway."

Took the plunge and passed, securing another year of certification. 🏆

Lessons learned:
Be productive while waiting for your wife. 😄
If it’s a free exam, take it—you’ve got nothing to lose.
When you truly know something, the exam is just about confirming what you already know.
