Photographed in the restaurant seating area using two lights to highlight the setting and let the background fade into shadow. Right off to make a cuppa...

Minimalistic restaurant food shot helped along by a bit of fake sun light coming through some fake window slats :)
The sunlight on the tablecloth is added in by a spotlight and gobo insert which is one of my favourite tools for food photography.
The spotlight and gobo enables precise placement of directional hard light into food images to create additional texture on a certain part of the dish, or in this case to add a little detail/emotion into the shot on the background.
