An un-usual landscape design request; the brief was to make this garden memorial grave, easy to maintain which is restricted to only low growing plants allowed.

My analysis...
1. Add a border to define the boundary and contain the planting.
2. Include an easy, dry walking passage between the sites.
3. Some clever moisture retention plan needed.
4. Choose plants that require minimal attention, look good all year round, and are in keeping with the growth restrictions.

This is going to be an interesting challenge.
