Training Insight
Here's an quick snapshot of training over the last few weeks.
Focus for her during her time here is to improve our acceleration and movement efficiency. Whilst still moving the needle on our strength.
Im a big believer that if a quality is important. We put emphasis on it and the training week should reflect that. Regardless of the time of year.
What changes is our volumes and where it is situated in the week.
Monday: Acceleration (Short) + Top up conditioning
Tuesday: Full Body Strength/Power
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Top End Speed + Full Body Strength/Power
Friday: Off/Primer
Saturday: Game
