The AUM Festival 2024 theme is AUMNIBUS!

Sublime expanded on our theme artwork design to incorporate nine tomes bound in rich colours representing all the past AUM events, upon which number ten, the pop-up book, sits open. And we added a golden folded paper ribbon so the whole world knows it's their 10th birthday!

AUM says: “A new year’s celebration of our previous festival themes wrapped into one complete, leather-bound volume. AUMNIBUS is a vessel of endless possibilities, a journey through the fragments of AUM Festival’s history with each story intertwined and interconnected. It’s a tapestry of fond memories bound in a book of magic where every word and image is a heartbeat, a fairytale, a sanctuary, a reminder to smile and dance every once in a while.”

Clotted cream has not been available in New Zealand since forever! Our client saw a gap in the market for those foodies and ex-pats who relish the thought of adding a large dollop of this luxurious cream on their freshly baked scones, or steak.

The brand personality is slightly punk and irreverent, indulgent, natural, a bit of luxury with a nod to tradition. Which is where the Rolling Stones-esque mouth and tongue come in, perfectly encompassing both deliciousness and punk.

Stacking the name in three lines gives a modern feel, as well as being ideal for a container lid, and the slight curvature adds movement, amplified by strategically placed splashes of cream.

The typefaces are loose and friendly with slightly traditional overtones, with the Dangerously Delicious tagline tucking in nicely to fill the gap made by the shortest word. The use of a gorgeous rich, warm colour palette ensures the brand stands out in the dairy section of the retailer.
