It's not just wine we'll be serving at our upcoming Quiz Night! Isthmus Brewing have generously donated some of their locally-brewed lager and IPAs for us to sell to maximise our fundraising revenue.
Hailing from Auckland's isthmus, husband-and-wife team Hamish Ward and Caroline Muller-Ward are behind Isthmus Brewing Company. Between starting a young family, renovating their home and working other jobs, the pair have managed to grow a successful business, delighting discerning drinkers with their unique and flavoursome craft beers. We know you'll love Isthmus beer which has been recognised with a string of awards.

The ADC Microfinance Quiz Night Fundraiser is BACK and BETTER than ever!
Come along with your mates, colleagues, neighbours - heck, go big and book a babysitter - and join us for an evening of fun - all for a good cause.
As always, all proceeds raised will go towards our work providing client-focused microfinance to people in Myanmar who need our support more than ever. Your ticket alone will have a tremendous impact on individuals, whānau, and entire communities.
Come along with some cash (EFTPOS accepted too) as we think you'll be tempted to bid in our small auction and walk away with something epic.
Thanks to the generosity of Isthmus Brewing and Moi Wines we'll be selling locally-brewed lager and IPA, and 2021 Filigree Fumé by the glass 🍺 🍷
You can also add a Sal's Pizza - or two - to your ticket order for you and your table to enjoy on the night - they have generously provided a discount 🍕

Following Rachael's introduction, we'd also like to welcome another amazing wahine, Tasha Lea, to the ADC Board.
Tasha recently completed her Masters of Law at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, where she specialised in environmental law and sustainable development. Growing up in Cambridge, Tasha completed her law degree at Otago University, before heading to Wellington to work in private practice. However post-Masters, Tasha is staying on in Sydney working with Pollination, a specialist climate change investment and advisory firm - a job which aligns with her love for the environment and all things outdoors.
She is not a new face around here! She has been part of the ADC team since 2019, when she started as a Board Intern. Her motivation to support the work of ADC stems from her staunch belief in the power of microfinance as a mechanism for delivering sustainable development and community empowerment.
Tasha has loved working with the ADC team over the last few years, and is thrilled to continue to bring her experience in legal and risk management to the Board.

We're thrilled to welcome two new members to the ADC Board. First up, we'd like to introduce Rachael Pizey. Rachael, who lives in Auckland, is the current Manager Revenue Alliances at Air New Zealand.
With prior experience in commercial roles across mining, electricity, waste management and aviation sectors, Rachael brings a wealth of commercial, economic and partnership skills to our Board.
Inspired by the commitment of ADC co-founders, Andrew and Geoff, Rachael's drive to join the Board are two-fold: "to support the work of this incredible, tenacious team, and to continue supporting the people of Myanmar through the renewable power of microfinance."
