When I first came into the industry from a background of professional sales and marketing I quickly realised that in order to stand out and above I needed a core set of principles to build a business on. The question I often asked myself surrounded the motivation of “old school” agents. After many dealings as a buyer I was amazed at how they wanted to get me a deal and I was left questioning who they worked for. They seemed to think that because I was paying for the house they worked for me.

So I centred my whole business on one common core. I work for you. My client.

The majority of my business is repeat and recommendation. That is because none of my past clients ever have the question “working for who?” in their minds.
