Over the past five years, ThinkPod has partnered with over 40 NZ organisations to work with over 130 students on a variety of projects such as merchandise design, programme evaluation, website guide, volunteer management, fundraising, feasibility studies and marketing strategies. We are always on the hunt for new projects to facilitate the creation of innovative ideas and strategies that our clients can implement.

Each semester, we recruit consultants who are all university students, who have demonstrated an interest in social change and gone through our application process. We put them in strong, diverse teams and provide training and mentoring throughout the 10-week program, to help them develop their skills so they can create output that is valuable to organisations like yours! Each team is assigned a charity or organisation, that has come to ThinkPod with a problem, issue or idea that they need help with. The teams use their creativity and knowledge gained through their studies as well as skills gained through the ThinkPod programme, to generate a variety of possible solutions to the project they are given. They spend 10 weeks developing, researching and evaluating their ideas. At the end, our teams present their client with a detailed report on their findings.
