When was the last time you said “I love you” to yourself? 💗
I grew up surrounded by constant criticism and perfectionism — "love" often came with conditions. I had to be better, do more, achieve more... to feel worthy of love, to feel that I need to be enough to deserve love.
But not anymore.
As I gently release old traumas and rewrite the stories I was told, self-love is no longer a reward — it's my daily practice. My healing. My homecoming. 🌸
So here's a love note to self:
✨ I love my freckles, wrinkles, and silver strands. ✨ I love the parts of me that are healing, and the ones still learning.
✨ I love the kaleidoscope of colours, shadows, and light that make me uniquely me.
