Long Established West Auckland panel shop is looking for an experienced fabricator/panel be**er to join the team. Flexible hours available.

THE ROLE
- Carry out structural repairs to a high standard. All structural repairs and welding to be carried out according to manufacturer's specification and industry standards.
-Metal fabrication- making up of patch panels
-Welding of patch panels and body panels and other small rust repairs
-Apply rust treatment and under seal
- General refinishing work
- Reassembly work

MUST HAVE:
-Current I-Car welding certificate or similar welding cert
-Proven experience as a panel be**er/metal fabrication
-Strong knowledge of structural repair techniques
-Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high quality
-Great communication skills
-Eligible to work in New Zealand

Insurance Job Repair and Paint- 1925 Delage

Recently we have completed repairs and paint on the bonnet tops and sides damaged by a fire in the engine bay The bonnet needed to be separated into 4 pieces, stripped down to bare metal for the repairs. The Bonnet tops were distorted by the heat and required some straightening out, before finishing work and paint work. Some before and after photos.
