NZ Chefs’ Board member – Youth Development Geoff Scott will present on his work with young chefs over the past two years. Geoff is mentor to Young Chefs Club – Auckland and we are seeking passionate industry professionals, tutors and chefs who are interested in becoming for mentors, co-mentors or helpers to set up clubs in other regions of NZ. Four students from the YCC Auckland are off to the Bill Gallagher Forum being held in conjunction with the Worldchefs Congress in Wales. An absolute pinnacle of their early careers.
