As part of the wider FUJIFILM Business Innovation family, we're thrilled to welcome Titin, an AUT master's student, and Anisha, a year 13 student, onsite today for our AUT - Auckland University of Technology Shadow a Leader Day.

This is a great initiative allowing the next generation of leaders to see what life in a dynamic, busy organisation is like, how decisions are made and what goes on behind the scenes.

We have a jam-packed day in store for them. They'll join meetings held by David Jupe, our Managing Director, as well as other members of the FBNZ leadership team, along with our workshop, warehouse, and showroom teams.

It'll be a busy day but, hopefully, a rewarding one.

Day one at GPCME Rotorua and our team is loving every minute of it. We have had some really honest conversations with healthcare teams today, learning about the problems they're facing…

• Too much admin
• Systems that do not talk to each other
• Growing security concerns
• Less time for patients

Sound familiar? The good news is these are solvable problems.
