Are you an active or a passive relaxer? Do you feel more relaxed when you are ‘in the flow’ of an engaging and meaningful activity or when you are not engaged in any specific activity, merely observing (thoughts, feelings, sensations etc). Notice how often you feel relaxed in a day. Would you like this to be different somehow?

Maybe you DO more – in an effort to be prepared or to lessen anxieties? Maybe you DO less – in a state of denial or take a contemplative ‘wait and see’ approach?
