Saturdays 6, 13, 20, 27 June - Muscle and Bone with 10-11:30am

May has begun, and we have already had two wonderful classes with ‘Isope and Tor to start the month.

Mondays 11, 18 & 25 May 6:30-8pm - OPEN CONTEMPORARY with Helena May

Thursdays 7 & 21 May 6:30-8:30pm - DOING IN RIGOROUS CONFUSION with Rose Philpott

Saturday 9 May 10-11:30am - MUSCLE AND BONE with ‘Isope Akau’ola .akauola

Saturdays 16 & 23 May 10-11:30am - MUSCLE AND BONE with Xin Ji

NO CLASSES on Thursdays 14 & 28 May, and Saturday 30 May.
