As the leaves turn golden and the days grow cooler, we’re celebrating the season with one of our favourite autumn vegetables — roasted pumpkin.

Our new Roast Pumpkin features creamy avocado, whipped feta, crispy kale, toasted seeds, a perfectly poached egg, and a drizzle of our house-made matcha spicy oil for a gentle kick of warmth. Every bite brings together the rich colours and comforting flavours of the season.

Filled with vibrant autumn hues of gold, green, and earthy tones, this vegetarian dish is as beautiful as it is nourishing — the perfect way to embrace the cooler months.
