Dcsb ltd is a busy Building & Maintenance company based on the North Shore, we currently seek a full time Project manager for an immediate start.

* Experience in a Maintenance role or similar an advantage.
* Applicants must have a good work ethic and excellent time management skills
* Honest and Reliable
* Be physically fit & healthy, clean criminal record
* Must have reliable transportation and current driver's license
* Be a team player and also be able to work independently when required

You will be :
Managing small building and maintenance jobs
Tracking staff and organizing day to day job schedules
Arranging subcontractors and staff scheduling
Working to time and budgets
Coordinating with our office staff on jobs and progress
Liaising with staff and clients to get jobs finished on time to a high standard
You will be good with Microsoft /word/excel etc
Have and good understanding of project management software (training provided)
Vehicle and phone will be provided
