JL Doing Stuff

Almost done rounding out the return trip back to South East Asia with a morning rise and workout in Thailand in the city if Bangkok, where I am staying on the river. After plates and weights in the gym I finished off the core set outside where its still cool enough with a but of humidity to help with the final sweat! Off for a walk to get the morning steps in before the day gets away and while it's still calm before the Monday rush!

When you're overseas the work still has to get done.
